Job Description
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Rochor MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8:30am – 6:00pm), Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Job Scopes
· Manage the day-to-day Learning & Development (L&D) administration and operations encompassing end-to-end coordination of F2F and digital L&D programmes, which includes course registration, procurement, logistics, event management support and post training activities such as evaluation)
· Ensure all L&D activities adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to L&D activities.
· Monitor the quality of learning administration delivery and provide feedback for improvement.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the department.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders in any fields
· 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, preferably in learning & development
· Proficiency in using Workday is a plus!
