Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with as necessary, inputting information relevant to the call into patients records. Inputting data onto the clinical system. Dealing with patients face to face when they attend the surgery at reception. Ensuring patient records are up to date and all paperwork/scanning are filed correctly. Registering new patients following surgery protocol. Ensuring tasks and notifications are updated and actioned as required. Opening both internal and external post. Flexibility regarding working hours is desirable. Opening and closing of surgery and possibly some extended hours will be required.
