You’ll be working alongside nurses, therapists and other specialists, in a tight-knit team. The glue that holds the team together are our Life Skills Facilitators.

We don’t do timetabled task-based care – we get to know our residents and support them with what they need to be more independent. I have a varied taste in music, DJing and making music when I have time! I am interested in watching sports, the outdoors/walking, nature, gardening, design, reading and sailing. It would be great to have a PA who shares these interests.I am a sociable person who enjoys going out, but I do enjoy my own space and quiet.I am looking for 2x PA's to cover 50 hours a week with flexibility. A specialist company focusing within the construction industry are currently recruiting for a Support Technologist). The dual purpose of this role is to support the assessment and development of new and existing products for the business and the investigation of claims from the group.

Role:

• Responsible for testing within the laboratory and for commissioning tests
• Investigation and support of new ideas and initiatives
• Improve existing products
• Communicate with Services Manager
• Coordinate external testing, including physical, installation, and analytical testing
• Support the development of new products in conjunction with the strategic partners
• Report on the performance of new products
• Attend NPD project meetings
• Product benchmarking

Education Requirements

• Recent experience in a technical role or degree in a science related subject
• Experience working in a laboratory at university or industry
• Minimum 3 'A' levels

• Participates with supervisor in planning and coordinating survey/control measures by furnishing information about the presence and extent of plant diseases and/or insects, and effect of treatments.
• Directs and/or conducts approved control and eradication measures including sanitation measures, biological controls, and the application of herbicides, insecticides, nematicide, and fungicides.
• Enforces Federal and/or State regulatory orders to restrict movement or issue certificates permitting movement of plants, plant products, and equipment into or out of regulated areas.
• Assists with inspections of routine commodities for export.
• Maintains daily records of inspection work, control measures and regulatory procedures applied; prepares reports and maps on the activities and accomplishments within the assigned area.

Starting at $44,709 Per Year (GS 5)
