OzHarvest are currently looking for a magnificent individual to join our Newcastle Nourish Program Team as the Nourish Program Support Trainer. The Nourish Program is designed to engage young people who are at risk of facing lifelong disengagement from education, training and employment. Offering more than hospitality skills, it creates hope, opportunity and supported pathways for young people.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Support the Newcastle Nourish Lead Trainer in the overall running of the program in line with current OzHarvest practices, procedures and program aims.
Superb facilitation of the program along with the team
Provide guidance and support to the participants during and post-course completion.
Supporting students to achieve their educational and developmental potential, navigating personal and social situations, and facilitating opportunities for the individual to build community connections.
