ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Represent the department mobilise new contracts/agreements, as part of the mobilisation team

* Work proactively with the Supply Chain team to address problems before they escalate

* Supporting the department to meet internal KPI's & objectives

* Create and maintain excellent working relationships within the business and with external stakeholders (clients/contractors etc)

* Always respond promptly to requests/instructions meeting the requirements of the business and the client

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

* A relevant degree or qualification is advantageous

Undertake key working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Service Manager
Be flexible and responsive to the needs of service-users as directed by their personal support plan
Provide recovery focused support to achieve personal goals/aspirations in partnership with service-users, family members and statutory agencies. To work with service-users on a one to one basis to achieve positive outcomes within the given service timeframe
Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks within an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
