expanding and operate from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility based in Gateshead.
We are delighted to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Virtuoso.
We are not a stereotypical call centre because although we deal with complaints, you will have full ownership for investigating
each query thoroughly to ensure the resolution provided is a positive experience for the customer regardless of the outcome. This
is vitally important as all of our customers are accounts holders and the relationships we build with them help ensure continued
business.
You will also be responsible for sales process by ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This
involves receiving orders from customers, verifying the accuracy of the order information, entering the order data into the
company's business systems, and coordinating with other departments such as supply chain, production, and customer support to
ensure that the order is fulfilled and delivered to the customer on time.
You will:
* Be able to investigate complaints thoroughly and provide the best course of correction action
* Ensure all complaints / queries are logged on the Case Management system
* Use the Case Management system, to monitor and manage own workload
* Proactively updating customers on the progress of their complaint
* Liaising with other departments
* Answer incoming calls and emails
* Gain Knowledge of products in order to provide advice to customers
Essential Experience
* Previous customer service background either face to face or telephone based
* Needs to be self-motivated, courteous and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent questioning and listening skills to enable customers to talk through their needs
* Team Player
* Computer Literate
* Good Telephone manner
* Maths and English qualifications
What we offer:
Salary: £11.58ph (£23,333pa)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Fri 7.30am-1.30pm
