The Lead MAS reports directly to the MSA Supervisor who has administrative and professional responsibility for planning and directing incumbent activities. Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communications with FOX customers concerning creation of Return Authorization Numbers, follows up on repairs that are in house, and technical support.
• Evaluates products that have been sent in for warranty/service to confirm the action that the technicians will provide for that product

This position will be responsible for performing service operations including repair and troubleshooting functions to component level on complex electro-optical equipment. This will include but not be limited to diagnosis, service repair and upgrades to all product lines. The job requires set-up and calibration tasks; building and troubleshooting of systems; as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Job Summary:
Provide information technology support to internal end users. Support may be given over the phone using remote assistance tools via the IT Help Desk or in person at the user’s workstation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides IT support encompassing PCs (installation, repair and preventative maintenance), networking, printers, client applications, and phones
• Assists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements
• Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers
