Develop and maintain compliant input and records of commercial activity on Microsoft Lists pipelines and DWP’s eProcurement solution (which utilises Jaggaer) within the scope of your daily role.
Support the contributions towards supplier cost savings targets, and initiatives that increase efficiency whilst maintaining performance and risk management.
Supporting the development, review and execution of contracts including supporting negotiation where required.
Support stakeholder engagement surrounding more complex contract issues and procurement documents.
Play an active part in supporting Commercial Directorate values and culture.

What you will be doing:

* Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services of repairs
* Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being
able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
* Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
* Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.



What we need from you:

* Full manual driving licence is required
* Previous experience working within an automotive service department
* A good listener, patient, with outstanding communication skills
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
* Be committed, dedicated, able to work independently, multitask, and achieve deadlines

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Lindström UK

We are looking to recruit an On-Site Service Operative; based at one of our customer sites.
This is a full time role covering a customer sites in Sheffield and surrounding areas

The purpose of the role is to enhance the service provided by Lindström to its customers, taking on an active role in the service delivery.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be providing an on-site service to customers, enhancing and adding value, working with the Laundry Operation and Delivery Services, liaising with the Customer, and Customer Services, for the provision of service, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Once the driver has delivered, loading clean garments in the correct lockers whilst also bagging up the soiled garments ready for collection by the driver.
Monitoring garment levels, Answering day to day enquiries
Administration and liaising with the OSS Coordinator, Account Manager and Customer Services. Dealing with any customer staff queries or issues

There will be a requirement to travel between customer sites.
Full training, uniform and equipment will be provided
.
Who are we looking for?
The right candidate will be a Lindström employee, based out of a customer site, be reliable, punctual and self – motivated, be polite and well organised with the ability to use own initiative
Have a good level of spoken and written English and have a Full UK/EU driving licence
The ability to establish trust with customers, to recognise the customer requirements before the customer does.
The candidate must also have Microsoft skills to work with data and can handle customer complaints turning them into successful business opportunities. Which requires resilience, determination to give the best service and excellent communication skills to work with all personality types.
