This job role is critical in overseeing the management of the upgrades, maintenance and configuration of existing applications and
systems, but also being part of a wider Systems Team that will provide transformational and continuous improvement for the Acis
group in an agile working environment for an enhanced streamlined service delivery.

As an Application Support Analyst a typical day might include:

* Supporting, administrating and developing Acis Group’s core business systems and their operating platforms, primarily but not
exclusively housing management (people and property), asset management and repairs & maintenance contract management systems,
ensuring that all are accurate, patched and up to date and hold all relevant information.
* You will be working closely with the IT Service Desk to support a wide range of queries, issues and requests received from
operational teams. Also monitoring systems to ensure that system alerts are dealt with, understood and resolved and where
necessary, liaise with the Acis Group IT suppliers.
* Managing and maintaining security levels within information systems by ensuring access of appropriate information to relevant
users in accordance with the requirements of the business.
* Maintaining system statutory and regulatory requirements ensuring Acis Group is compliant with its responsibilities and
GPDR/data protection regulations.
* Managing the regular interfacing and exchange of data between core systems and modules, ensuring that it is accurate to enable
appropriate management of Acis Group’s resources, and development of these (including web module improvement) to streamline and
improve business processes.
* Working as an important part of the systems admin team and with colleagues across the business, to improve processes and
systems. Enhancing quality, and development of systems and support improvement projects, identifying methods and solutions to
provide a high level of service to the business.
* Monitoring systems integration and perform the testing of business / web systems / applications, identifying any technical
problems from back end system to full front end user support.
* Ensuring that all system users are kept up to date with relevant information and are made aware of any relevant changes,
providing training and support as required.
* Liaising with providers/partners on all matters relating to the above systems including development improvements and the
correction of any problems. Ensuring that all software releases received from suppliers are thoroughly tested prior to being
loaded onto the live systems, by managing comprehensive test plans and technical documentation to ensure the co-ordinated user
acceptance testing by the appropriate operational staff.
* Providing and sharing expertise within the IT Services team, ensuring a shared knowledge and understanding of systems support.

Some of the experience/skills we need to consider you:

* Educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant work experience with a suitable qualification in an IT related field.

support the business, (managing / developing / analysis / administration and reporting).
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, creative at problem solving.

Hope Green Residential Home

Hope Green is located on the edge of the village of Poynton and is conveniently located close to junction 1 of the M60 motorway. Local shops, library, hairdressers, surgery, pharmacy and public house are all within walking distance. Hope Green Residential Home was originally built in the late 18th century and has been used as a care home since 1990. The home has been extended and refurbished to provide accommodation for 52 residents in luxury surroundings. Applications are invited from suitably qualified psychologists with the experience, skills and competencies to undertake the duties and responsibilities of the above post in adult mental health. The post is primarily to provide assessment, psychological therapy and consultation for the care of service users within the Blackburn with Darwen areas.

The teams provide services to people with complex mental health needs. Psychological therapies and psychologically informed care are valued within the teams and network, and are fully integrated within mainstream adult mental health services. The post holder will be operationally managed within the teams as a core team member, while strong professional leadership works alongside operational management to support the role.

An interest in working with individuals experiencing significant levels of complexity and personality difficulties will be essential. Good team working skills are also essential, as are abilities in providing consultation / supervision to team colleagues and other psychological therapists. Skills in group approaches, or an interest in developing these, would be an asset.

The post holder will develop links with psychological therapists within other CMHTs and specialist networks. Clinical and professional supervision is provided, and a growing network of complex case fora and psychological therapy models afford excellent opportunities for the post holder to develop their skills in multidisciplinary team working and psychologically informed care.
