Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Service Scheduler to join their operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of machine installations, breakdown responses, and planned servicing. As the Service Scheduler, you will manage the day-to-day scheduling of engineers, ensuring workloads are balanced and resources are available for machine installations and maintenance tasks. Acting as the main point of contact for both engineers and customers, you will ensure urgent breakdowns are addressed quickly while maintaining the schedule for planned servicing and new equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the schedule for all engineers, including both reactive and proactive work on a daily basis

A client within the public sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Highways Drainage Officer to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, contract position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a highways environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to manage an operational service undertaking the design, procurement and construction management of highway infrastructure maintenance and winter service programmes.

The Candidate

Carrying out administrative duties which include scanning, tasks, out of hours reports, new patient registrations (including basic urine dip), opening and sorting of post (both internal and external), photocopying reports, updating patient details, filing INR reports and data inputting as requested. Processing medication requests, including issuing repeat medication and appliance items, as well as forwarding patient requests onto the practice pharmacy team/on-call GP. Communicating effectively with local pharmacy staff and resolving/investigating any queries they may have. Processing e-consults via system one and triaging the patient accordingly using signposting where necessary. Opening up/locking up of practice premises and maintaining security in accordance with practice protocols. Carry out chronic disease recalls and vaccination campaigns, booking relevant appointments working from a list to ensure clinics are fully utilised Informing patients of test results and following up with instructions from clinicians. Keeping the reception area and notice boards clean, tidy and up to date. Taking payments for private documents from patients and providing receipts Support all clinical staff with general tasks as required. Assisting the Site Co-ordinator with weekly fire alarm checks and weekly/monthly legionella testing, when required. Assisting the Site Co-ordinator with weekly room plans and petty cash records, when required. To be able to work with people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds, and people with disabilities and learning difficulties, and to be able to communicate with them (and, when necessary, their carers) appropriately to facilitate their care and understanding of their care within the service. Attend and positively contribute to team meetings. Fully comply with all company Health and Safety requirements, including reporting all accidents, near accidents, and hazards. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team is a unique community mental health service providing intensive and flexible wrap around support for individuals across West Yorkshire. Service users have experienced extended stays in locked facilities and are disconnected from their community. CREST works with service users, their family and carers prior to discharge, supporting them into step down provision and beyond. CREST aims to empower individuals so they can define, build and live meaningful, independent, and satisfying lives closer to their community. Peer Support Workers provide emotional and practical support to service users within the Complex Emotional Needs pathway. The service encourages the use of the wisdom gained through personal lived experience, to inspire hope in others and the belief that recovery is possible for all. ROLE DESCRIPTION The post holder will: Have an understanding of their own personal recovery journey, being able to use their lived experience in a positive and appropriate way to help others. Develop skills in working with service users experiencing complex emotional needs with a variety of social and health support needs. Have a strengths-based approach when working with service users. Build safe, trusting relationships with service users and their carers. A provision in Leeds is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Worker to join their team from week c/ 4th November 2024! This is a scheduled absence within school and would be required until the end of the academic year. The young people's needs may vary and may include Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties.

Your working day (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-3.30pm) will involve supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour and have difficulties remaining in class. You will work closely with parents and guardians, and liaise with SLT, SENCO staff and behaviour support specialists to ensure pupils are supported fully and are progressing both personally and academically.

You must be confident when approaching challenging behaviour and you must have a genuine passion for working with pupils with SEMH. You must be aware of the school's behaviour policies and adhere to these, whilst also implementing relevant behaviour management strategies specific to individual students. Although previous experience working with pupils in a specialist setting is desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

You will be working with KS3 and KS4 pupils, the majority follow a mainstream curriculum, however you are able to offer a more personalised approach when necessary. You will also be required to be support on a 1:1 basis with particular students.
