Main Responsibilities

More detail about the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Administrator (Medical Secretary) to join the Neurology Team, based in Bowmoor House, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital Wonford. We have an exciting role working as the main administrative secretarial support for the Botox service within Neurology. As an individual we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and vibrant team, who is able to prioritise their workload, and can remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be an essential, proven experience in dealing with service users/patients on the telephone. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and Neurology service.
