Key Activities / Accountabilities
· To coordinate and execute Customer Sales
· To process and acknowledge customer PO
· Track and follow up customer PO delivery date
· Manage the Sales Order, Invoice and DO using the ERP system
· Coordinate and manage the logistics department for delivery matter
· Prepare shipping documents for shipment related to customer order or replacement
· Prepare quotations for Sales Team if required and record all customer quotations
· To Liaise with customer Purchasing/ Finance Team for Invoice request
· Monitor customer website portal for new PO, Invoice, and PO confirmation
· Manage customer documentations for internal reference
· Other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualification:
Diploma in Procurement / Customer relation
Experience:
§ Sales Coordinator
§ Manage inventory
Technical Skills:
§ Basic knowledge in ERP system, excellent in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Competencies:

§ Possess a creative mindset to identify and problem solving skills

Language Capability:
§ Proficiency in spoken and written English required
