As a Complaint Coordinator you will be responsible for investigating and coordinating responses for Stage 1, and with further experience, Stage 2 complaints. This requires independent inquiry and collaboration with teams across the business to achieve fair and successful resolutions for our customers. You will play a key role in guiding and influencing constructive change within the organisation by identifying process faults and possible improvements to the customer journey.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with drive, empathy, and excellent communication skills to make a positive impact on the lives and satisfaction of our residents, while building strong relationships with senior executives and managers across MTVH.

We’re looking for someone who will…

• Be able to work on a hybrid basis, working 2-3 days per week from home and the rest from our Beeston office.
• Possess prior knowledge and experience in resolving customer disputes.
• Demonstrate exceptional organisation and time management, adhering to set timeframes for responses.
• Negotiate and persuade effectively to achieve a desired outcome.
• Advocate for our customers and show empathy towards their frustrations and needs.
• Apply best judgement to each individual situation and have an objective and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Deliver clear and comprehensive communication, across verbal and written platforms, at all times.

Applicants will be required to assist in the delivery of a high quality education and care service to pre 5 children and their families and to work as part of the management team to assist in the effective management of the nursery.

The main duties of the post will include planning and implementation of an appropriate curriculum for children aged 3-5 years, assessment recording and reporting on children’s progress; supporting staff in curriculum planning, assessment and observation practices, monitoring the development and implementation of IEPs, developing parental participation, promoting work with other agencies and contributing to the management of the service.

You must hold a Relevant practice qualification in early learning and childcare: HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7 or SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7) or equivalent.

Have Experience of working in an early learning and childcare setting, planning and delivering a relevant and inclusive curriculum and assessment and documentation of children’s learning in line with national and local guidance.

Knowledge of current local and national curriculum guidance relevant to early learning and childcare, including GIRFEC, Child Protection and Inclusion, Knowledge of child development and planning and assessment processes to support children’s learning and development and awareness of health and safety requirements and an ability to undertake risk assessments are essential.

Customer Resolution Coordinator - Fixed Term 6 Month Contract

This role:

We are recruiting for two passionate and results-orientated Customer Resolution Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team (fixed-term, 6 months).In this exciting new opportunity, you’ll play a crucial role in a newly established team dedicated to providing efficient and timely responses to early stage complaints.

Your focus will be on identifying and prioritising customer problems that can be resolved quickly, providing our residents with prompt, empathetic and satisfactory resolutions to their concerns in line with our policies and the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.

Through your great people skills you will build strong relationships with colleagues across MTVH, role-model customer-centric service and work together with your team to reduce response times and enhance the overall experience for our customers.

The main duties include operating the Council switchboard. This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.

This is a Full- time post which is offered on the following hours:

Wednesday 08:30 to 17:00

This role:

We are looking to recruit a Service Improvement Lead within our Risk and Quality team. This team supports the organisation to deliver consistently fantastic services to our customers.

In this role, you will support the business to identify, document, and mitigate operational risks analyse interpreting complex information and translating this into simple meaningful business insight. You will also be responsible for leading service improvement activities, facilitating the development and delivery of improvement plans and for providing assurance that teams and services are legally and regulatory compliant, continuously improving, and responding to an ever-changing operating environment.

This is an exciting and varied role which would suit individuals seeking a new challenge, who have transferable skills, housing management or service improvement experience and/or who have worked at operations manager level or above.
