We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated professional, possesses value expertise in the areas of providing face-to face and remote support to clients, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues effectively and efficiently. Supporting hardware maintenance and updates. Keeping accurate records of hardware and software. Troubleshooting basic issues with the network, printers, and other technology. Administrating and troubleshooting. Office 365 applications, Ensuring that tasks are prioritized and organised efficiently. Administration, stock, and consumables support. Setting up equipment for new clients , meetings and presentations. Supporting management with any other duties that may arise. Skills Required: Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software; analytical thinking skills; problem solving; to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
