PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Director, Financial Analysis is responsible for providing timely and accurate analytical support through subordinates in the creation and maintenance of financial models for diverse business development initiatives.  The incumbent reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control and provides relevant fiscal information to management.  The Director, Financial Analysis provides the overall direction of the execution of functions, ensuring best practices while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and other regulatory requirements.

Role Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join Rosalind and help deliver our Customer Data Platform services. You will be accountable for technical engineering decisions, solution designs, and delivery, as well as elements of the operation of your assigned services.

In this technical leadership role, you will act as the executor and the visionary behind technical solutions. You will lead teams of between 10 and 25 technical resources to solve complex engineering problems, craft the technical designs and ensure a successful delivery of high-quality products and services from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while sharing responsibility with other program leads for achieving the desired objectives.

You will also be accountable for delivery of security-and privacy-first capabilities while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work as measured by a quarterly Developer’s Experience survey, and alignment and contribution to the service network and technical engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

A normal work week consists of leading one or more teams of engineers to deliver and implement technical solutions, following your design approach to meet your assigned program objectives and KPIs. You will also collaborate closely and often with Chief Marketing Office (CMO) Leads, Digital Leads, and Product Owners, to ensure that technical decisions and their implementation align with broader strategic priorities.

You represent engineering in program and stakeholder meetings, as such you’ll need to be able to think on your feet: provide consultation, identify risks based on a variety of factors, and rely on your past experiences to identify potential solutions and develop ballpark estimates.

• Identify informational gaps within the Customer Insights team and cross-functional teams, and plan and coordinate efforts to address those gaps.  Project examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Evaluation of target product profiles through qualitative market research with physicians
• Quantitative market research to assess potential product market shares given current and future market dynamics
• Use of syndicated databases to assess market size, treatment patterns, and competitive landscape

• Lead dialogue with local and global analytical teams to adapt global strategies to the local markets.
• Experience and ability to work cross functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Drug Safety to ensure best practices are followed and audit preparedness as necessary.

Team Leadership

• Build, manage, coach a team of direct reports, prioritizing their focus and efforts on an ongoing basis to meet dynamic needs of the large organization, coordinating with internal stakeholders and corporate alliance partners, where applicable

Vendor/Offshore Resource Management

• Develop, commission and contract innovative complex and impactful research through preferred vendors
• Create and manage budgets associated with assigned activities

REQUIRED BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 7+ years in analytics or consulting roles
• Extensive experience and knowledge in quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialization process, as well as industry competitive dynamics
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities under ambiguity and uncertainty, and act without having the total picture; outstanding project, budget and vendor management skills, and ability to solve operational problems.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for marketing, educating, promoting and selling Azura services to dialysis clinics, Medical Directors, nephrologists and other pertinent members of the medical community in an assigned territory. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides sales and relationship support to an assigned Azura territory identifying and developing new accounts for Fresenius Vascular Care services to generate revenue. Develops and maintains a close relationship with current user accounts/customers, and researches the local physician market to identify potential candidates/customers for Azura services making the necessary sales calls to recruit and educate these potential customers to grow the number of patient procedures performed at the Azura ambulatory centers. 

• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the vascular care business and services programs provided by Azura as well as the competitors in the local market and utilizes this to collect and analyze local market data to create and execute an effective strategic sales account plan that includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of current procedure referral volumes by clinic / nephrologist / physician (for diversified procedures) and a specific plan to maintain.

• Identification of new potential customers/accounts in the territory, and a specific plan to gain referrals.

• Qualification of these potential customers/accounts by utilizing available reporting tools and analyzing the data and the appropriate territory information.

THE JOB

The Director of Venue Premium Seat Sales is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio.  This will include the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals.   This sales position will be responsible for multiple amphitheater/ballroom/club retention sales within an assigned region.

Director, Business Development

This teammate will need be accountable for a portfolio across Northern California to Alaska.

Our Business Development “Team Pegasus” partners with Operations and other teams to build and execute growth plans in assigned geographic markets and in addition, identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities for innovative relationships and leads successful expansion of existing relationship. As the Director, Business Development you will direct strategic new business and ensures existing and incremental priority hospital, health system and accountable provider relationships are maintained. In this role, you work with Health Systems, Hospitals, and Accountable Care Organizations in collaboration with DaVita internal teams, to develop Value-Based Care and core kidney care relationships. Relationships built and maintained include, but not limited to: kidney disease management, care coordination (CKD through ESKD), development of new dialysis centers, joint venture partnerships, acquisitions, post-acute services, acute dialysis, and discharge planning services.

This role, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, is based remotely but the ideal candidate is based within proximity of the market comprised in Northern California.  Additionally, requires >30-50% of time externally with partners and internal team meetings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development – serve as regional development executive within a $1+B operating group. Lead initiatives that drive long-term growth as part of division senior leadership team and Develop lines of business that enhance DaVita’s service offerings.

• Collaboration – lead cross-functional virtual teams. Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers. Teams and resources may include Operations, Strategy, Finance, M&A, Legal, Hospital Services, Payor Contracts, Integrated Care, other.
• Partner Relationships – develop, manage, and/or track executive relationships with Hospitals, Systems, Accountable Providers and related stakeholders including, but not limited to employed Physician practices, assist with DaVita’s partner selection process for strategic opportunities.
• Value-Based Care – assist teams responsible for negotiating and implementing Value-Based Care agreements with the government and commercial Payors.  Build local relationships, assess Payor integrated care readiness, and qualify fit with DaVita.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education. Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MPH or relevant graduate degree preferred
• Healthcare Experience. Significant work experience in the healthcare industry with a Health System, Payor or provider; knowledge of industry dynamics (e.g., cost, quality, reimbursement, physician practice management, and risk-sharing).
  • Experience in development of new medical facilities, physician practice management, or ambulatory surgical center development preferred.
  • If no Payor or provider experience, then other relevant experience (e.g., management consulting, private equity, investment banking, and pharmaceutical/device).
• Development Experience. 5+ years of transaction experience in Corporate Development (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, other partnerships). What will you do at Ciena?

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual based in North America, who will contribute to the business success of Ciena’s Broadband and Routing Portfolio.   As part of the broader Broadband and Routing Portfolio PLM Organization, this role will lead and build a newly formed team tasked with ensuring customer IP solution deployments are designed and executed successfully. Drawing on a tight coupling with the broader IP Software/Platform PLM organization as well as close engagement with a wide range of internal teams (e.g. Sales, Services Delivery, Customer Support, Solutions Engineering) the successful candidate will lead overall Project Delivery teams for specific customer deployments.

• Previous experience in customer IP Network Architecture & Design, including managing successful customer engagements from initial requirements gathering, to HLD/LLD creation/validation, MOP execution and deployment.
• Ability to drive extended teams to achieve successful project delivery/deployment.

The following attributes would help a candidate be successful in this role:

• Excellent working knowledge of IP Networking protocols including:
  • Routing Protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP)
  • Underlay technologies (LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing (SR-MPLSv4, SRv6)
  • Service Overlay technologies (L2VPN/L3VPN, EVPN)
  • Supporting infrastructure protocols (Synchronization, OAM, QOS)
  • Northbound OSS integration toolkits (Netconf/YANG, gNMI, SNMP, logging)
  • Networking Security technologies (ACLs, SSH, MACSEC, IPSec, etc.)
• Extensive IP Network Architecture/Design experience in planning and/or deploying IP/MPLS networks across a multitude of customer networks architectures (Access, Residential, Aggregation, Core, Peering, Data Center).
• Ability to extract network design requirements through customer engagement and balance them with existing product capabilities to create a realizable/deployable design.
• Proven success leading cross functional teams to deliver customer IP network designs and solutions.
• Ability to interact with customers and explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
• A broader understanding of End-to-End network integration including 3rd party device interop, OSS integration, Automation, etc.
• Logical decision making and prioritization skills across a wide range of project priorities and asks.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Define Solution Architecture engagement model considering key stakeholder requirements (Sales, Services, Support, Solutions Engineering).
• Act as Lead Technical prime on customer IP deployment projects driving creation, validation and deployment of customer IP Network designs.
• Create network and service delivery blueprint documentation, process and toolkits to drive field enablement.

• Build and manage a team of IP Network Design Engineers responsible for leading customer specific network design activities.
• Lead creation of High-Level Design/Low-Level Design documentation, and assist/review testing results and MOP creation.
• Work with PLM Product Owners to drive new product/feature innovation based on learnings from customer network design engagements.
