The Service Director for Community Physical Health, Mental Health and Learning Disability services will lead the strategic and operational development and delivery of their services, including those we manage on behalf of the Local Authority, as well as taking a lead strategic role in the development of partnership working with Integrated Locality Partnerships.Success will be measured by the following key criteria: Improved outcomes and experience for service users, their families and carers Improved/efficient use of resources Improved staff satisfaction Continuous service improvements Strong partner relationships with primary care (networks and ILPs) Strong partner relationship with the local authority in the delivery of their services Strong system relationships with organisations involved in the delivery of health, wellbeing and care.
