Stag Match (SM) is looking for a High-performing and track record Sales and Marketing executive/Manager (Education).
His/Her responsibilities include meeting the Sales KPI, developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
About the role
The Sales & Marketing executive/Manager is to focus on 2 key areas
First, responsible to assist in the develop and implement the sale plan to build the corporate training and in particular, the executive education for B2C,B2B & B2U leading to B2B.
Second, he/she is responsible is assisting with developing Marketing , communicating, executing, and sustaining business/corporate strategic initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing executive/Manager to assist in the business Sales and Marketing growth.
He/She must have a good track record of the his/her achievement in the education line.
About the role
1. Achieves and manage sales target
2. Sales planning and strategy
3. Tel-calling
4. Provide and execute marketing and branding duties
5. Promote and create ideas on various levels of marketing strategies
6. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales efforts and providing recommendations to strategic plans and review effectively
7. Preparing and completing action plans; Aims to service product quality; High level of customer-service standards; Resolving problems; Identifying trends
8. Determine system improvements and implement changes if required
9. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives; By forecasting requirements; Sales Reporting; Preparing annual budget; Scheduling expenditures; Analyzing variances; Initiating corrective actions
10. Maintain excellent working relationship with clients and achieve business growth
11. Efficient and responsive to client needs and achieve high level of service to client requirements
12. Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions when required
13. Maintaining all Marketing creative and website .
Work Experiences
Must have at least 1 years of experience in sales and business development
Working Conditions
Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.
Requirement:
Proven experience in Sales
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and Strong passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Must possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be confident in public speaking and communicating both verbally and in writing.
Must be willing to challenge standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.
