RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide solutions to customers on the best way to handle their shipments and to meet customers satisfaction;
- Ensure the Customer Service team in terms of quotation, SOP, customer relationship and related to meet the sales target;
- Promoting the use of the Process Approach and risk-based thinking;
- Ensuring that the resources needed for the Quality Management System are available;
- Communicating the importance of effective Quality Management System and conforming to the Quality Management System requirements;
- Ensuring that the Quality Management System achieves its intended results;
- Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
- Promoting improvement;
- Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas or responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Maritime or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Shipping or the related field;
- Effective leadership and communication skills;
- Excellent reporting skills;
- Aggressive and committed to work;
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
