The NM, PC demonstrate leadership, experience and creative approaches to work independently optimizing patient care, patient safety and operational efficiency for patients receiving care within the Primary Care Program. The NM will demonstrate expertise in leading and organizing care delivery, staff accountability for practice, promotes staff engagement in decision making and guiding and supporting staff growth and development. S/he utilizes evidence-based practice to develop and evaluate program and service activities that impacts positive patient outcomes within Nursing Service and Primary Care. The NM, PC primary responsibility is to lead the delivery of the PACT model of care being provided by staff under his/her supervision by reviewing, assessing, and measuring outcomes related to the processes involved in preventive and disease management that is patient driven and utilizes a team-based approach. This position is aligned under Patient Care Services, but work collaborative with Primary Care Leadership to meet the mission and vision of the Medical Center. Nurse Manager (NM) focus is on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction. This nurse brings principles and theory with limited application of critical thinking skills. The NM is the designated first-line supervisory authority and is responsible and accountable for the operation of their assigned units and provides coverage for other NMs as needed. The NM is responsible and accountable for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance. They function as a role model, educator, practitioner, and supervisor providing leadership to the team. They enhance care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and implement new evidence-based cutting-edge programs/processes.
The NM, PC provides 24-hour management, supervision, and leadership for a Primary Care Nursing at the designed clinic or CBOC. This includes but is not limited to resource utilization (human, supplies/equipment), patient flow, performance improvement activities, and staff and program evaluations. is responsible for all issues that affect nursing including standards of practice, credentialing, training, functional statements, position descriptions, timely proficiencies and performance appraisals, and ensures compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols. The NM, PC ensures appropriate orientation, education, competence assessment, and continuing professional development of nursing personal supervised. The NM, PC possesses the knowledge and skills to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process within a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting, which will enable effective implementation of health promotion and prevention practices, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and attainment of optimal levels of functioning and/or support of patients and significant others in accordance with the PACT principles. The Highland Soap Visitor Centre & Larder Cafe has been a fantastic success since we opened it in December 2020. We have a large shop, which has recently doubled in size with room to double again. Our cafe has 110 covers and an outdoor events space - and all set in 6 acres of grounds with views over Ben Nevis in what is undoubtably the area’s best located tourist destination.

• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager

• Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
• Ensures that each guest has a fast, friendly, checkout
• Responsible for maintaining the store cleanliness, recovery, and ready for customers at all times
• Responsible for opening and closing store procedures
• Responsible for performing SM duties in their absence
• Assists in supervising all Associates
• Assists in training all Associates

• Assists payroll process and ensures budget is in line with plan
• Assists in merchandising procedures
• Adheres to and holds associates accountable to all Five Below’s Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)
• Responsible for cash handling procedures including but not limited to preparing and dropping bank deposits
• Authorizes register functions including post voids, returns and discounts
• Complies with Human Resources policies and procedures
• Assists in receiving and stocking procedures

• Unloads merchandise from trucks
• Checks in shipments
• Stages merchandise for the sales floor
• Packs out merchandise
• Responsible for ensuring Candy, Crafts, and Sports Worlds are set and maintained to Brand Standards
• Accountable for driving Key Metrics: Sales, ADS, CSAT Scores, and Expense Control
• Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room

• Frequently operate cash register
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
• Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise
• Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
• Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

What does the Customer Experience Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Support Lead, Lead Cashier(s) (if applicable) and associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible to “Wow the Customer”, front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety and driving sales.
