Role Overview
The Deployment & Customer Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment process of Mesh Bio’s analytics software to healthcare providers and ensuring the ongoing success of our customers. This individual will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring that software deployments are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with healthcare standards. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Deployment Team:
Manage and mentor a team of solutions architects, solutions engineers, customer success specialists, to ensure successful deployment and integration of software solutions.
2. Oversee End-to-End Deployment Process:
Develop and manage deployment timelines, ensure project milestones are met, and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality software solutions to healthcare providers.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers during the deployment process, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, engineering and platform teams to ensure seamless software deployment, integration, and post-deployment support.
5. Risk Management:
Identify potential roadblocks in the deployment process and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
6. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deployments meet the highest standards for quality, reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Implement and refine deployment processes and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce deployment timelines.
8. Reporting & KPIs:
Provide regular reports to senior management on deployment progress, resource utilization, and client feedback, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in digital transformation in healthcare workflows.
o Prior experience deploying software solutions in healthcare or a regulated environment is highly preferred.
Project Management:
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, deployment strategies, and integration methodologies.
Healthcare Expertise:
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, clinical workflows, and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and navigate technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
Ability to anticipate challenges, make informed decisions, and implement solutions in high-pressure environments.
Education
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences or Information Technology
· PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
