Radis Community Care are looking for a Full Time Senior Carer / Team Leader to join our team based in Cambridge, CB4 3EY.

Richard Newcombe has 46 two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.

About the role

For those residents who need support, our care workers strive to help them to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within their own apartment and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.

You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks and offer support within the community.

You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required, weekends involved.

About the role:
The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring high quality of food service and meal preparation within the home. The Head Chef will lead and manage the catering team working closely with the other service teams ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.

Salary:
£16.50 per hour. Equivalent of £32,604 per annum + £1000 joining bonus!*

Shift Pattern:
38 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday with no late nights or split shifts, and every other weekend off as standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
