• With some guidance, plans, prepares and conducts, or arranges for leveraged partners to conduct, a variety of innovative and customized seminars, speeches, workshops and feedback sessions that highlight IRS benefits emerging issues and new legislation to targeted audiences. Delivers objectives through a portfolio of partners, requiring customized marketing strategies to promote voluntary compliance.
• Conducts studies and surveys to evaluate marketing efforts for demographic or customer segment assigned in order to measure and maintain quality of tax products and information disseminated. Adjusts marketing practices or techniques according to data collected and/or customer feedback related to agency compliance activities.
• Collaborates with partners and others to assess the effectiveness of local marketing efforts. Provides feedback and recommendations to management and partners regarding marketing events, marketing program effectiveness and additional needs for marketing products and/or communication vehicles. Coordinates activities to plan and resolve unusual or controversial issues regarding marketing/promotional ideas. Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Senior LUH Maintenance Support Technician to join our team. You will be part of the team to perform detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair or replacement of aircraft components and systems, maintenance or refurbishing of aircraft and function check of components. Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.  Diagnose malfunctions or failures and make adjustments, repairs or replacements of parts or components.

This position is located at various customer locations throughout the United States.  The assigned location changes per contract need.  Generally, the person filling the role will work 4 weeks at the customer site and then work 2 weeks from their home (although, this arrangement may vary due to maintenance schedule needs).  Additionally, the schedule is normally 4 ten hour days per week.

The hourly rate for this role is expected to be between $38 and $52 per hour depending on experience.

Your challenges:

• Perform maintenance and inspections utilizing airframe and power plant (A&P) license outside of certified repair station (CRS).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to determine corrective action required to assure safety and airworthiness of aircraft.
• Conduct applicable airframe calendar/hourly inspections, hidden damage inspections of airframe structures and sub-assemblies.  Conduct operational and functional checks of structures, systems, and/or components as required verifying acceptability/airworthiness.

Your boarding pass:              

• Minimum of 8 years aviation maintenance experience on BK117 C2/D3 or EC135 OR 12 years of rotary wing aviation maintenance experience of which at least 6 months are on the BK117 C2/D3 or EC135.

• Current FAA A&P license
• Minimum 2 years of Leadership Experience and/or equivalent education classes (i.e. served in a Lead position previously, attended leadership trainings, etc)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.

Job Overview:

As part of the North America Supply Chain organization, the Sr. Customer Order Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating the movement of shipments from the Distribution Center to BD affiliates. The position will interface with key stakeholders (regional business units, distribution operations, and business unit supply chain) and facilitate the efficient & timely flow of orders across the supply chain network by resolving discrepancies. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow established procedures, practices, and policies for functional units and the quality systems.

• Resolve sales order issues to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Work with distribution centers to support on-time delivery and other company key performance indicators.

• Handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously. Compose accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all customer contacts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s). 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service).

• Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).

As a Senior Support Engineer II, support Shipping and Warehouse management solution alongside Operations and Engineering.
