Liaise as necessary with NHS staff at all levels to resolve faults across NHS organisations or external companies. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the Apigee platform including a detailed overview of the APIs published. Maintain appropriate records within the organisations development and service management tools (Azure devops and Servicepoint). Analyse change requirements and where appropriate produce requirements specification, impact analysis, change control, testing and documentation of changes. Continue to develop your professional skills and responsibilities consistent with the requirements of the post (see attached Job Description).
