Job Role & Responsibilities
SALES SUPPORT
1. Prepare, generate & follow up on Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation & other sales related documents
2. Follow-up with customer on product label, ensure label design are approved by customer before proceed with the printing
3. Consolidate and update of Sales Forecast & Sales Summary
4. Assists the Business Support team in Procurement coordination
5. Liaise with Suppliers on printing of product labels, leaflets & other packaging materials
6. Liaise with Regional offices for Sales/Marketing related matters
7. Liaise with various department to fulfil customers’ orders
HANDLING OF MARKETING ACTIVITIES
8. Coordinate on exhibition held at local/overseas
9. Sourcing & coordinating on diaries, calendars, table planners & corporate gifts
PERFORM ADMINISTRATION AND SECRETARIAL FUNCTION
10. Attending to visitors and setting up of meetings
11. Travel arrangement on Hotel & flight booking, Visa application and submission
12. Double-Tax Deduction submission to IE Singapore
13. Distribution of mails to Directors
14. Provide Secretarial duties to Directors
15. Handling telephone enquiries & other ad-hoc related duties
16. Manage domain email
Job Role Requirements:
· Diploma or equivalent qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration / coordination or secretary role will be an added advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
· Pro-active and a Good Team Player
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday : 8.15am-5.30pm
