We are looking for a HR and OD Professional to join our HR Business Partnering team to play a key role in providing a quality HROD service to the organisation. Alongside providing effective support to the HR Business Partners, this role will focus on wellbeing. Reviewing and analysing absence statistics to identify trends and potential interventions, implementing the identified interventions and analysing their effectiveness are some of the key things this post will be involved in.

If you hold CIPD Level 3 or equivalent in HR, have an interest in wellbeing, an up to date knowledge of employment law, project management experience and good analytical and problem solving skills then we would love to hear from you.

This is a permanent 35hr post and the base for the post is negotiable within Argyll and Bute. Remote/Hybrid options will be considered for this post and we will do our best to find the right fit for the successful applicant, although some presence in the office (and wider Argyll and Bute area, from time to time) may be required. The Information Support Assistant (ISA) within the CHF/FIND IHUB is part of a mixed Civil Service/Military team of 4 based in CHF HQ. Your customer base will be operationally focused Navy, Royal Marines and Army Aviation specialists operating the latest Merlin Mk4 and Wildcat AH Aircraft.

This varied role is located within the CHF/FIND ihub is supporting the Ihub manager to facilitate the efficient management of corporate information and knowledge in accordance with policy. This is an administration and IT role which supports all end users to ensure they have the right MODnet IT, user accounts, permissions and SharePoint pages, lists and libraries to enable them to meet their outputs. The role is customer facing provides guidance to users on IT and software and escalate any issues to the Ihub Manager.

An Information Support Assistant facilitates the efficient and effective management of corporate information and knowledge in accordance with policy. The role is responsible for the structuring and handling of information to enable it to be stored, archived, located, and retrieved efficiently, whilst ensuring its integrity.

The ISA is responsible for the following to ensure compliance with policy and legislation:

Management and administration of user accounts and role change requests.
Management and administration of laptops.
To build and maintain SharePoint and Team sites to provide effective information management and improve collaborative working. Monitor sites for appropriate functionality, conducting regular assurance checks.
Manage access permissions to SharePoint and Shared Mailboxes.
Manage and assure records.
Provide Laptop and Office 365 guidance to users.
To act as Local Security Officer (LSO) and Authorised Demander (AD), coordinating MODNet User accounts.
Support the ihub Manager to facilitate Infra queries.
Action regular SharePoint Floor-walking and IM assurance visits; offering advice and training as required, recording activity conducted.
Use available software to exploit the use of information, improve working processes and share best practice across CHF/FIND.
Issuing CHF and FIND wide announcements and distribution of information in the most effective manner.
To carry out additional tasking as directed by the IHub Manager and support the Power Platform Developer.

Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.

Purpose of the role This post is designed to support commissioning activities for Community Pharmacy and Optometry providers as part of the NHS South West Collaborative Commissioning Hub (hosted by Somerset ICB), including providing administrative and project support. The post holder will also administrative and secretarial services to the Community Pharmacy/Optometry and General Practice Transformation senior management team, including for example, diary management, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up actions as required. The NHS South West Collaborative Commissioning Hub is responsible for supporting the 7 Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across the South West with commissioning and contract management of: Primary and Secondary Care Dental Services Community Pharmacy Community Opticians This includes engaging with key local system stakeholders, to ensure commissioned services are responsive to evidenced local need and are in line with national commissioning guides. The team also provides expert advice and support to the 7 ICBs across the South West regarding Delegated Commissioning of Primary Care Services. Alongside this work, the team are responsible for supporting the 7 ICBs regarding transformation of the primary care services listed above. Key responsibilities of the role Provide administration and secretarial support and advice to the team to support a number of initiatives by: Management of a generic inbox responding to Community Pharmacy/Optometry contractor queries as required Providing administrative support to the Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework annual process Providing administrative support to the management of Community Pharmacy core and supplementary hour changes Providing administrative support to the Community Pharmacy Temporary Suspension policy Supporting contractors with clinical waste queries Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing notes of meetings including typing up of group discussions and interviews as necessary Managing the electronic diary for agreed senior managers within the team, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate. Ensure all urgent and/or confidential communications are received and distributed from/to relevant parties in a timely manner. Organising and planning events as directed, providing all necessary supporting materials. Supporting teams in project management and participating in department events. Working with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects.
