Position Overview
As a Technology Site Support Intern, you will assist users with their technology queries and supporting other teams throughout Autodesk on their projects. This opportunity will kickstart your career in IT while gaining mentorship from our team. We have projects that influence the growth of Autodesk like office relocations, technology roll outs, and event support. During this time, we will make sure you are challenged and given every opportunity to grow your knowledge.
This role will be onsite in our San Francisco Office.
Responsibilities
Respond to requests from the Helpdesk and support internal users on several desktop related system issues
Maintain and troubleshoot Collaboration / Meeting rooms and corresponding technologies like Zoom / Microsoft Teams globally
Participate in information technology and infrastructure projects, while testing new equipment and systems before implementation
Contribute to and help create end-user self-help documents and other training material
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025
Experience communicating technical concepts with users and teams
Prior experience as IT or Customer Support roles
About the US Intern Program
The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk’s Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.
For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
- $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
- $72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
- $118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
