The RN Care Coordinator provides care coordination for veterans who are assigned to a Geriatric Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Coordination of care and services for veterans that includes but is not limited to veterans with chronic disease, veterans with limited functional status, complex medical, psycho-social and/or mental health needs, severely-injured service members and veterans, and veterans with intensive continuing care needs that will require coordination of and referrals to various levels of care. The Mobile Provider iPad Program provides iPads to Clinicians to use in the day-to-day patient care activities. The AMSA:

• Registers/terminates children/youth within the CYS program and/or waiting list database. Utilizes the Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) to record transactions for customers and to enter data into predefined categories for reports and tracking.
• Provides administrative support including mail preparation, copying, distribution, correspondence, memorandums, briefings, Daily Activity Reports, and other requirements for day-to-day operations.
• Articulates policies relating to patron fees, waiting lists, enrollments, terminations, and program events. Coordinates vacancies and reservations for the hourly care program as required.

As a Front Line Manager you will:

• Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinates and makes recommendations for outstanding performance recognition and/or disciplinary action.
• Give advice, counsel or instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
• Interview candidates for positions within the organization/unit and recommend appointment, promotion or reassignment to such positions.
• Hear and resolve complaints from employees, refer group grievances and/or more serious unresolved complaints as appropriate.
• Effect minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimands, recommend other actions in more serious cases.
• Identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
• Initiate ways to improve production, work processes and/or to increase the quality of the work directed.

This position allows you to use your knowledge and experience providing clerical support and assistance in support of the missions and functions of the agency at an assigned Border Patrol station.

This position starts at a salary of $49,025.00 (GS-07, Step 1) to $63,733.00 (GS-07, Step 10).

The Mission Support Assistant performs office support tasks. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting with and conducting annual and semi-annual inventory.
• Maintaining employee property card entries and updates.
• Tracking, sorting, organizing, and distributing property.
• Organizing and maintaining supply rooms.
• Correspondence routing using automation systems.
• Disposing of excess property by completing the required forms.
