needs and priorities across all departments, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall customer

experience.

Feedback Analysis:

Performance Monitoring:

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field is required.

and retention.

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the team in Hull, who will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to colleagues based across Group Office and other subsidiaries.
