Job Description
- Handle and process claim accordance with the Company’s Claims Service Standard and/ or BNM’s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices (minimum standard).
- Check on all new claims registration, verify documents and assess claims to ensure accuracy of claims data.
- Review/ follow up on all outstanding claims on a regular basis.
- Manage claims enquiries, cancellation, surrender and correspondences relating to feedback or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings with insurer, client and adjuster to resolve claim issue.
- Prepare monthly claim report for management information.
- Ensure that all external communications are properly manage.
- Any other matter deemed necessary by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Insurance Claims / Customer Management background.
- Proficient in Customer Management handling skills.
- Strong product knowledge skills and analytical skills.
- Independent, result-oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Good email writing skills and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge in Insurance Claims Operations. Customer Management experience will have an added advantage.
- Preferably with relevant experience in Motor Claims
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
