Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll do:

Requirements:  

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent;  
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in call centre environment (Preferably in ecommerce sector and banking industry);  
• Moderate or Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;

Job description Working with the Information and Digital Transformation Officers to provide digital and IT Administrative support for the 4 NCPC practices in Workington/Whitehaven/Cleator Moor/Frizington/Egremont and Seascale. This role will support the Practice Managers and Information and Digital Transformation Officers in providing timely data, administration duties, and technical support such as setting up and supporting staff with software which will include systems like EMIS Web, Ardens products, AccuRX, eConsult, Telephone systems, medical appliance software and social media and website content, working with practices to utilise the tools given to us, to deliver patient information, and any other related tasks. Hardware and Network support is supported by e-health. Your role will be to report any issues to the e-health helpdesk and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner, and liaise with the local e-health team to ensure smooth running of all hardware and network systems and ordering of equipment and maintaining a practice asset register. This is more of an IT Administration role, than a technical role, although some technical knowledge will be an advantage. You will be asked to attend meetings as a representative for your localities, and work with other NHS bodies to encourage and support shared care across all services available. • Independently handle escalated client issues with urgency, providing guidance to the team while serving as an escalation point that can deescalate situations
• Lead the APAC team renewal strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Finance to proactively plan renewals well in advance
• Work closely with the GTM teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.) to align on strategies, forecasting, account plans, and expansion opportunities
• Share key insights about Forter’s product and processes internally with our Product and leadership teams to help point the company roadmap in the right direction

Who are you?:

• 10+ years of CS experience working with large enterprises on software solutions
• 5+ years of management experience as a CS team manager or leader
• Experience in a SaaS startup serving customers that include those in mainland China. Fraud, payments, professional services, and eCommerce experience is a bonus
• Strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that motivate leaders and teams
• Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development, problem solving, communication, delegation, and planning
• Excellent communication skills especially at the C-level. Past experience working with senior C-level executives both internally and externally
• Experience building exceptionally strong relationships with x-functional leaders. Sharing a clear vision for your team as well as enlisting internal support for initiatives
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, be trusted to drive initiatives autonomously and gain buy in from a wide collection of stakeholders
• Ability to break down ambiguous and nuanced problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
• Openness to being hands on. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get in the weeds while solving complex operational problems
