Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customer orders are
processed efficiently and accurately. With comprehensive training provided, you will become an integral part of our operations,
mastering the SAP system and delivering exceptional support to our customers.



Over time, your responsibilities will develop to include:

* Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly.
* Become proficient in navigating the SAP system and understanding the order process.
* Process customer orders including material master creation.
* Ensure the success of customer orders proactively
* Be professional at using various communication styles
* Multi-tasking and being able to manage multiple customer orders
* Efficiently manage the inbox of orders and ensure timely processing



Required experience/skills/qualifications:

* Minimum A-C in Maths & English
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent data entry skills
* Good telephone manner
* Team player
* Good time management
* Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload



Desirable skills and experience:

* Working knowledge of SAP

Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role is to handle any customer requirements from the quote up until order entry. This role is to give the customer first class service, offering assistance such as alternative products and promotional offers. This role works alongside sales-in with a frontline sales attitude and approach. Your role as a Customer Services Coordinator

• Ensure all orders received are put onto the system.
• Clerical support the Sales Team.
• Maximise all sales opportunities by promoting the highest standard of customer care.
• Maintain and develop customer records / profiles including recording information supplied by internal customers.
• Receiving and recording any relevant customer feedback including assessing how our competitors are meeting our customer's needs.
• Order entry.
• Internal reports.
• Customer education on current prices and part numbers.
• Confirming stock availability when required.
• Telesales - existing customers only (no cold calling)
• Raising and submitting Pro-forma's
• Customer Quotations.
• Customer offer deal forms
• Individual customer reports
• Raising sample orders upon request and follow up.
• Dealing with general public enquiries to promote our brand and products.
• Provide departmental absence cover.
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by management.
• Investigate and raise credits.

What you'll need to succeed
*Previous experience in a high volume Customer Service role, preferably within FMCG.*Previous use of EDI order receipts system.*Must have a flexible approach to work to support the team.*Excellent communication skills and be able to forge excellent working relationships with customers by phone*Well organised.*Ability to work on their own.*Ability to use initiative.*Excellent data entry skills*High attention to detail

Customer Support Administrator
Telford
Permanent
Circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm

Prince are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to their global customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged.

Duties will involve:
• Customer Support department interface for customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files.
• Processing of all customer enquiries, including generating quotations, processing orders and dispatch of goods.
• Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations.
• Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports for quotations, orders, services.
• Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
• Assist in scheduling internal resources, including customer support, engineering and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced organisation skills.
• Developed IT competence.
• Experience / exposure to a customer support role is desirable.
• Confident, positive and energetic disposition.
