They are hiring for an accounts assistant, this position is responsible for providing support to the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Work Location: Paya Lebar (2 minutes walk from MRT station)
Work Week: 5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of AR / AP
- Data entry in Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
- Prepare and process payment after approval
- To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing and accounts reconciliation
- Handle month-end closing of books of accounts
- Check and tally Trial Balance Account involved between Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
- Prepare monthly accounting reports
- Ad-hoc account-related tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Preferred knowledge of QuickBooks software / NC Accounting System
- Possess working experience in construction field
