Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our products, pricing, promotions to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting lock-related problems and guide them through technical solutions when required.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
- Occasionally assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry or technology company.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and public holiday
