Customer Relations Supervisor
We are proud to be supporting our prestigious client, situated on the outskirts of Canterbury, with their urgent need for a Customer Relations Supervisor to cover maternity leave on a full-time 9-12 month contract, to start in September.
Salary is c£28,000/annum, with benefits to include company pension, free parking, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, staff social events, cycle to work scheme, and more. There are differing shift times, with a half hour for lunch. Shifts are mostly 10am to 6pm, but your working week will usually include two of the later shifts which are 11am to 7pm and 12pm to 8pm - these later shifts can be worked from home if you prefer. Limited public transport so own transport would be better.
You must be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, as well as resolving challenges with finesse. Someone who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing first-class customer service with experience in complaints resolution will be highly regarded.
Key to this role is the ability to handle complaints and compensation requests, resolve difficult issues with diplomacy and professionalism, and deal with financial claims. Alongside this you will be jointly supervising a small team, providing leadership and guidance, support and mentorship and will act as an escalation point for staff and customers.
