• Qualified by experience or part-qualified accountant with a clear understanding of accounting.
• Knowledge of legislative background and best practices in service charges.
• Strong communication skills and experience with financial accounting systems (e.g., SUN, Vision, Northgate).
• Experience of managing staff and dealing with auditors.
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel and Word.

Your new role

• Answering the phone and transferring messages as appropriate
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept presentable
• Organising catering
• Booking couriers and ordering supplies
• Updating library inserts
• Support with events
• Typing, copying, faxing and scanning
• Setting up meetings both in person and virtual

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a legal firm in a reception admin role
Ability to travel to the office 5 days a week
