Step into our Regional Property Manager role where your industry expertise will be key in ensuring the seamless compliance and assurance of EDFs Facilities Management Service deliverables.

What you’ll be doing
As a Regional Property Manager, you’ll take ownership and ensure the safe and effective delivery of facility services across your portfolio of sites by the Dalkia FM team and associated service providers.
Your primary challenge lies in ensuring the safety and incident-free work of dedicated staff that sit within the Dalkia FM team as well as associated service providers. You’ll have a laser focus on adherence to EDF policies, procedures and guidelines, specifically bringing expert knowledge and practical experience in health, safety and environmental compliance couple with a proactive approach to incident reporting and hazard identification.
Your commitment doesn’t end there – staying current is key! You’ll proactively stay at the forefront of HS&E legislation, FM legislation and best practice, as well as contract compliance. This knowledge will be your toolkit for ensuring our contracted services are not only delivered efficiently but also adhere to our contracts terms, conditions and KPIs.
Who you are
Demonstrable experience in the management and assurance of cleaning, catering security and M&E services is essential, together with an understanding of operational teams and activities and structures.
Professionalism, tact, diplomacy and the ability to influence others beyond your direct control is key.
Having Project Management skills, with the ability to successful complete sometimes large projects would be advantageous.
You’ll be able to work flexibly and travel to your portfolio of sites and others across the UK where required.
