Your new role
As an Area Property Manager, you will work within a dynamic property services and home improvement team, operating at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing social housing stock. We are working with an established Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Preconstruction team.

Experience working for a tier 1 or larger tier 2 working on framework bids with full detailed experience of how the 2nd stage works and the ability to work with estimators, planners, design teams and have experience of dealing with clients and architects.
