The company is one Global Ground Improvement Specialist in geotechnical investigation, design, research, construction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
* Full cycle of HR & Administrative operations.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
* Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
* Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and manage onboarding processes.
* Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular appraisals and employee development.
* Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring timely submission and compliance with government regulations.
* Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management.
* Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
* Identify employee training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
* Organize internal and external training programs to support career growth and development.
* Oversee office management, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
* Ensure the office environment supports productivity and complies with safety regulations.
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
* Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.
* Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
* Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry ;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
* Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and engagement.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
* Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Able to start work immediately
