Your new company
As a highly skilled Property Services Surveyor, you will join a predominantly Southwest-based provider of affordable housing who are responsible for the management and maintenance of over 50,000 homes regionally, serving over 114,000 customers across the patch. Your new role
You will help to provide a property surveying service across your portfolio of homes, a varied role which will allow you to utilise your full range of surveying skills. You will provide technical leadership to a variety of multidisciplinary projects which are delivered by in-house teams and external approved contractors, ensuring that the business maintains compliance with statutory obligations and meets customer expectations.

In addition to the above, you will help the team to deliver an effective defect diagnosis service, providing support in relation to identifying, inspecting, and providing solutions to problems and defects within the housing stock.
