Responsibilities
• To do the processing and documentation of Sales & Purchase Agreements and any other administrative aspects of sales i.e. conveyancing administrative duties, Filing
• To attend to enquiries from both the existing and prospective purchasers
• To monitor the collection / payment records of purchasers
• To process payment of commission or referral fees to agents and referrers
• To prepare reports
• Handle enquiries and follow ups, including extensions, as required
• To perform other administrative duties which may be assigned to you by Management from time to time.
Requirements
• Diploma/A level/O Level holders
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in real estate will be advantageous.
• Detail oriented, meticulous and organized
• Good communication and writing skills
• General knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
