Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the interior design and renovation field. You will be responsible for tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract management for various commercial, industrial, and retail projects. 3) Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle tender preparation and submission for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and progress claims management.
• Manage contractual matters including project cost control, variation orders, and final claims.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams on contractual negotiations and project timelines.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of civil experience and 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building construction
