Your new role
The firm's highly regarded construction team enjoys instructions from major regional and national clients ranging from developers to contractors and employers, advising on domestic and international Contentious matters. The team are now keen to recruit an experienced Construction Senior Associate or Legal Director who specialises in providing complex Contentious Construction advice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a leading Construction practice and be used to running your own caseload of complex contentious construction matters, for clients ranging from developers to contractors and employers. Experience of handling adjudications, arbitration and litigation is highly desirable.
You will have an excellent track record of managing key client relationships and supervising and developing juniors in your team.
