• The incumbent facilitates major initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on asset valuation and program tools for the management of the National Capital Region’s real estate portfolio. Takes the lead role to ensure the development and execution of targeted program strategies. Main Job Purpose

• Managing the portfolio of residential properties in relation to repairs, inspections and any other duties.

Key Accountabilities (Assist with portfolio management)
