Job Description Summary

Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an Account Manager to join one of their most important client accounts, overseeing the operational & account level governance, reporting & co-ordination of the team day to day, and directly supporting the Account Lead.

This is a pivotal role for the client, managing and overseeing a dedicated team of Surveyors, Technicians together with support from Cushman's Operational Client platform to directly deliver a wide range of general estates management, treasury and data management activities.

You will also be instructing and overseeing a high volume of transactional management activity delivered through our National and Regional service lines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversite for all general estate management activity across the portfolio with responsibility for the provision and assurance of all work in progress
• Oversite for all transactional activity being delivered such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, leasehold disposals and managed exits
• Oversite of internal client operations platform to ensure they are meeting the accounts contractual obligations
• Drive operational efficiency to ensure that key performance indicators/SLA’s are being met/exceeded
• Oversite of our internal client operations platform to ensure compliance with agreed key performance indicators
• Provide coaching and mentoring for direct reports and/or junior surveyors conducting performance reviews and supporting ongoing training activity
• Contribute and support to the account director and wider team fee generation targets including supporting local and central business development opportunities and initiatives
• Actively support Social Value events and agreed directives as agreed with the client team and Account Director

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired
• Ideally MRICS qualified, or suitable attained experience
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of managing a large operational property portfolio for Government or similar large occupier
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership for managing high volumes of client instructions
• Good working knowledge and application of key property legislation
• Good working knowledge of corporate property financial management with practical application of property forecasting and budgeting
• Practical knowledge and application of managing transactional activity across a leasehold estate including but not limited to Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Disposals
• Line management skills desirable  – e.g. coaching, managing performance

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager within the Autodesk Emerging Business Customer Success organization, retaining and expanding our construction customers is one of our most important tasks. Within Emerging Business Customer Success, we understand that promoting adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers desired outcomes is important to building lasting relationships with our customers and driving revenue for Autodesk.

Reporting to the Area Manager of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager is a strategic partner to your assigned customers, ensuring their desired outcomes are being achieved. You will be the main driver for product adoption, expanding your network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analyzing patterns of successful customers. Using these plays, you will drive the success of your customers and agree on goals and progress in Executive Business Reviews. Additionally, you will be a voice to the customer on product roadmap discussions and the strategic Autodesk vision for our construction business.

This job is remote and can be located anywhere in the USA or Canada preferably near an airport due to travel requirements. #LI-REMOTE

Responsibilities

• You will onboard new construction customers with a focus on accelerating their time to value and helping them achieve their positive outcomes
• To achieve those positive business outcomes, you will seek areas to expand solution adoption, and recommend best practices to improve their post-purchase adoption
• You are comfortable exceeding target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating with Autodesk sales to ensure renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
• You will hold regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers
• Will monitor account well-being to detect potential churn issues and take proactive measures to reduce them
• You will promote and encourage the usage and adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• You will develop a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and serve as an advocate for customer needs within the Autodesk construction team
• You are comfortable proposing and building processes to allow our organization to expand
• You enjoy leading building processes transformation and best practices for as a dynamic and growing team
• You will be an ACC promoter while identifying industry positive business outcomes, required capabilities, and finding relevant forums to increase awareness of ACS services

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role
• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role
• Ability to travel up to 35%
• Capacity for running discovery discussions with the ability to understand one of the largest, most complex industries out there (construction)
• Be able to interpret difficult situations and help provide solutions for resolution

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,900 and $144,760. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
