• Serve as the DLA Energy Section Chief for Property, Plant and Equipment.
• Responsible for the supervision and oversight of a wide variety of support services unique to DLA Energy to include Property, Plant and Equipment services, Real Property (RP) assets, and Military Departments and DoD agencies.
• Direct the work of employees engaged in providing Property, Plant and Equipment accountability and financial reporting, management of real and personal property, and full compliance with all applicable regulations and inspections.
• Provide technical assistance to the Branch Chief by inspecting the physical conditions of facilities, installed equipment, and real property improvements.
• Furnish administrative and management support to develop, coordinate and implement policies, procedures, programs, and daily planning in support of the mission.
• Provide input to the Branch Chief for program management and oversight for DLA Energy Property, Plant and Equipment in accordance with DoD Property Accountability and DLA Real Property management guidance.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Business System (EBS) and other automated tools for use by field personnel for RP, facility project management, and accountability.
• Trace any constantly evolving mission requirements, resource capabilities, regulatory restraints, customer base, and workload progression.

The property caters itself to private use, semi serviced stays, weddings/ events, and seasonal day spa and B&B activity. The concierge estate manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estate, including managing household staff rotas, coordinating maintenance and repairs, overseeing event planning and logistics, managing household compliance requirements, providing front of house duties such as checking guests in & out, as well as participating in overall guest service, housekeeping and laundry duties. Strong administrative skills for dealing with emails and reservations are necessary to succeed, overseeing all the business aspects of Ardrhu House whilst remaining actively engaged with the guest/customer side.

The role includes duties to secure the premises, monitor alarms and be available for emergencies on-site. The role requires living on-site and accommodation is available on-site in a 2-bed cottage shared with another staff member

Responsibilities:
