As a result of business growth across the USA, Turner & Townsend are inviting experienced Senior level estimating professionals to consider relocating to the US, joining our teams supporting diverse construction projects and programs across the country.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Infrastructure Estimator with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

• Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all projects stages.
• Provide leadership to cost management team, when necessary, ensure the delivery on all of accountabilities.
• Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Meet and negotiate costs with Contractors.
• Use the appropriate estimating tool (client tools, customized estimating spreadsheets, industry estimating software, benchmarking, etc.).
• Produce monthly post contract cost reports and present to client.
• Provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts.
• Identify improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.
• Perform all aspects of estimating, analysis and verification of contractor costs.
• Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects, and ensure timely and accurate cost checking, and valuation process.
• Provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final costs.
• Develop life cycle, maintenance, and operating costs.
• Assist in the development of historical pricing database.
• Assist in the development of cost estimating guidelines for various programs.
• Be a Team Player – support the junior estimators and team, be flexible and maintain a positive attitude.

Position Overview

Partner with Account-based sales executives and Channel Partners to lead net new growth of construction products in infrastructure, federal and utilities. You will translate a customer's challenges into technical solutions through application of experience, in-depth knowledge, practical skills, thinking, and vision on assigned industry(s). Your engagements will require important skills such as vision to plan an account strategy, industry experience, high-level understanding of Autodesk tools and how customers would receive value.

You will report to Senior Sales Manager. This role is full-time hybrid/remote. #LI-HYBRID

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer's strategies to engage and deliver expertise around how Autodesk offerings can align to Customer Outcomes
• Be a primary technology expert, for the account teams they work with, who brings impactful expertise about technology to the customer planning, customer engagement process and the sales automation content curation process. Build the technical business case for Autodesk solutions through discovery and solution fit using discovery workshops and solution building with the customer. Position Autodesk Technology as an enabler for driving the outcomes for solving the business case
• Discovery outcomes that align to closing capability gaps (increase customer's capabilities) with specific Goals and success measurements
• Ensure solutions by contributing to the Return on investment materials the account managers build
• Technical relationship management that collaborates with internal Solution Engineers to provide the right knowledge to the customer during sales engagements
• Find and develop advocates within the account to help build impact and success for Autodesk solutions
• Demonstrate expertise to the customer and industries we serve to differentiate Autodesk through our vision to become a partner
• Collaborate with Channel Partners or Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
• Deliver compelling presentations and messaging that achieve results at executive
• Understand with customers Autodesk's competitive positioning
• Understand and guide awareness of customer's successes for realization of Return on investment and Indicators

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• At least 5 years of sales experience
