Brand new, exciting opportunity to join an award winning estate agency! They are now looking for a determined and enthusiastic individual to join their friendly property management team. This is a full time, permanent position based from their Worcester office.
To be considered for this role you must have exceptional customer service experience. The role requires a personable manner and good organisational skills. Ideally you will hold some previous administration skills, although full training will be provided. *Please Note: you will be required to travel to their Head Office in Quedgeley 1 day per week*
Your main responsibilities will be to process all applications for new tenancies for both Worcester and some Gloucester applications, carry out property visits for the Worcester portfolio and assist with general administration duties for the Worcester property management department.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Property Care have an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join the Estates Services Team based in our Worcester office.
What could you be doing?
You will play a key role, working as part of a highly motivated team providing effective administrative support to the Estates Services Managers in the Estates Services team.
You’ll be there to update and maintain systems, generating correspondence as required and being a point of contact liaising between our teams, external customers, sub-contractors, and local authorities.
Some things we need from you
You will need to be highly organised, approachable, and a confident communicator. It is a busy role, juggling different priorities and you will need to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative. You will also have the support of a great team around you.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break – no weekend working.
The ideal candidate will also have:
• Strong IT Skills. Competency in Word, Outlook, and ability to develop formula in Excel
• Good communication skills both written and verbally
• Ability to develop good working relationships
• Organised with ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• GCSEs passed in English and Maths
• It would be an advantage if you have previous administration experience within property maintenance but not essential
