Trainee Sales Consultant - Property

Our client who are an Award winning Scottish Law Firm and Scotland's Largest Estate Agent's & Letting's specialist are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Consultant on a full time permanent basis due to start ASAP.

I am looking to speak to enthusiastic candidates who come from a customer service or sales background and are passionate about building relationships and would be keen to start or continue their career within the property industry.

Salary - £25,000 DOE with fantastic benefits
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 36.5 hours per week
Start date - ASAP
Location - Edinburgh - City Centre

Responsibilities:

- Booking valuations / viewing
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Carry out accompanied viewings
- Assist with property window display
- Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
- Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
- Put up / Take down For Sale Boards
- Assist with social media content
- Assist the team with general property admin and portfolio management
- Deal with inbound calls, emails, portal leads or walk-in's to the office

What you'll need to succeed

- Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Well presented and professional
- A pleasant, confident manner
- Reliable and honest
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to different professional and social environments
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Ability to work under pressure within a face paced environment
- Keen to learn
- A Full UK driving licence is essential
