Ensure that sub-contract and purchase orders are issued accurately, on time and to reflect that nature of the project contract.
Maintain a full understanding of the developing project and amend costs to reflect this, ensure that variation information is issued and approved to timescales that facilitate successful project delivery.
Pro-actively monitor and negotiate sub-contract variations to agreement.
Identify and highlight risk and work with the project team to eliminate / reduce this.
Prepare accurate project Cost Value Reconciliations and report these at staged valuations and final account.

SSEN are looking to hire an LV/HV Electrical Lead Construction Fitter to be based in any location in our Southern region.

- Working in a team responsible for constructing electrical apparatus within substations on the electricity distribution network from 11kV up to 132kV.

- Installation of fixed relays onto existing relay panels. Installation and commissioning of CT Metering apparatus.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Knowledge of the electricity distribution network and experience of working in live electricity substation environments from 11kV - 132kV.

- Previous experience will include working on DC battery systems, internal panel wiring modification, multicore cable terminating and glanding, wiring circuit breakers, CT's/VT's to marshalling kiosks and control panels, AC/DC wiring and replacing 33kV outdoor circuit breakers and isolators. The ability to read and interpret single line wiring diagrams and cable ferruling.

- A high regard for safety, especially on construction sites and CDM regulations with strong customer service skills.

- Previous electricity network operational authorisations would be extremely beneficial as would training and qualifications in scaffold, telehandler, furzeweld, working at height, confined space, asbestos, COSHH, Loler and SMSTS.

- A clean driving licence and a flexible approach to working hours and work location is a must because the role will involve extensive travel throughout our network area.

As a property Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Provide a designated group of client's with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings account.

* Investigate/ resolve queries and problems. Advise/recommend course of action on property issues
