If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Building Services Manager to join us in the Plymouth!
About the Role
Managing the various Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning, you’ll ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme. Promoting and achieving our Perfect Delivery philosophy throughout the project, you’ll ensure high standards of health and safety, safe by design, quality and customer satisfaction.
About You
Educated to degree level in a relevant professional accreditation, you’ll ideally have a qualification in Mechanical and / or Electrical discipline and will have previous experience with Tier 1 contractor with some experience in pre-construction. With a full understanding of detailed M & E procedures, you’ll have a sound level of technical and professional expertise, you’ll have the ability to produce M & E design, installation and commissioning programmes, planning and prioritising daily diary, to ensure all targets are met.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
